The activities were implemented under a contract dated 19.09.2023 and annexes No. 1–5 (2024), concluded with "Blue Summer 23" Ltd. The implementation includes Stage 1 to elevation 0.00 m. under the "Structures" part and additional works: plumbing installations, reinforced concrete walls and fence, HVAC installation, geodesy and vertical planning (stages 1 and 2).
